Position Description


 


Candidate evaluates system specifications, processes, and working parameters for complex application integrations. Candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented, multi-tasking, and adaptable in a very fast paced environment. Candidate must be senior level Identity and Access Management architect who can quickly understand UGH security frameworks and understand how to integrate with business applications. Candidate will have leadership role in defining our IDP and IDaaS.


 


Other duties will include but not be limited to:


 


-Analyze all aspects of the application integration with IAM tools (vended as well as custom in-house developed),  and recommend solutions


- Expected to adapt in dynamic and collaborative work environment and make independent decision


- Expected to learn and deploy new technologies as needed.


- Enterprise level documentation experience in creation of components diagrams, process flow charts and system level diagrams


- Provide in depth consultation to application teams on a variety of different applications


- Mature into a UHG IAM thought leader and functional IAM SME.


- Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends.


- Please note that this role will include on-call duties.


 

Requirements

Requirements:


 


- Bachelor's Degree required


- 3+ years of experience with IAM products like CA Site Minder and/or Ping Federate.
- 5+ years of experience conducting application integrations.
- Knowledge and experience of good IAM practices.
- Experience with the following:  JAVA,  J2EE, Web Servers, App Servers, UNIX, SOAP, REST.

- Experience with Webspehere.
- Experience with Oracle Databases.
- Experience with Layer 7 Secure Span.
- Experience with Web Service and API security.
- Experience with CA Identify Manager.
- Experience with RSA Adaptive Authentication.
