You will serves as the primary customer interface to build, maintain and develop customer relationships with customers. Acts as a liaison between customers, operations and sales. Possesses basic product knowledge to answer non-technical customer questions. Knows and applies fundamental customer service concepts, practices and procedures to create effective customer relationships. you will learn and must be able to utilize company software applications and databases in performance of assigned responsibilities. You will be responsible for answering phone calls for Customer Service as well as handle customer interaction for changes to files and accounts. Handle complaint resolution, database negotiation and navigation.
Position Expectations:
-ORACLE experience a plus. Looking for someone who can navigate Oracle 11i or r12. Experience within the "Customer Service" and "Invoice & Billing" sections of Oracle.
- Need to be able to multi-task numerous applications and phones
- Ability to work with data, attention to detail, organized
