BUSINESS FUNCTION: Under direction of Customer Service Manager. Provides telephone assistance, data entry into applicable computer databases and assists as needed with assigned tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 1.Follow procedures both documented and verbal 2.Match and prepare appropriate paperwork and related fields 3.Get appropriate information from customer for new account set-up 4.Answer company telephones and respond to Emails (strong customer service and technical skills needed) 5.Take customer orders, help to resolve complaints over telephone and fill out pertinent company paperwork 6.Be able to assist with other departments during peak season with additional duties as assigned 7.Quoting, lead tracking and sales follow-ups 8.Promoting sales and outbound sales calling projects 9.Various other duties and projects 10.Meet call metrics and sales goals QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or experience: Basic office procedures, clerical assistance, secretarial or receptionist duties to include: filing, basic computer keyboard experience, high level of accuracy, high level of telephone skills in sales/customer service/call center type of environment. Finance and/or Healthcare background preferred Strong Word & Excel Skills Strong Communication skills and phone presence Language Skills: Ability to read, write and interpret documentation Good written and oral communication skills Clear verbal communication Fluent English Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems Can accurately follow written procedures Able to take verbal instructions/direction Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Not applicable Other Skills and Abilities: Able to take direction Accurate with details Patient when dealing with staff, co-workers, customers Reliable Ability to work in a fast paced environment Physical Demands: Ability to lift up 10 lbs. regularly Ability to sit, walk and stand, bend for extended period of time Ability to see to enter data into the computer, to read reports for filing Be able to use fingers, hands, and arms for various duties including, filing, telephone, and data entry into the computer Be able to hear intercom, telephone communications Work Environment: The function of this job will be performed in the Customer Service area
