About this job
Scheduling for non-medical home care service for seniors. Includes answering calls and scheduling caregivers for clients. Approx. 20 daytime hrs. in Phoenixville office.- Mon., Wed., Fri. and every other weekend, Sat. and Sun. on call 24 hrs.
Must be organized, efficient and able to multi-task, with excellent customer service skills. Position involves using online scheduling system, and call and text features on-call cell phone. Training provided in the Phoenixville office. Must live within 15 miles of Phoenixville and be able to start immediately.
