Customer Service - Full-time

We are looking for individuals with prior Third Party Logistics Office and Customer Service experience for our partners peak season. We have excellent opportunities for those with solid experience and an great work ethic. WPS, AS400 and Microsoft Office experience required. Pay ranges from $10-$13/hr.

One year Customer Service experience in Third Party Logistics environment. •Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of coworkers, customers, vendors, and outside carriers.• Ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates and percentages. •Fluent and comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written. •Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, & Word. •Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Billing Software. •Analytical thinking skills that facilitate thorough problem solving and issue resolution. •Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule format. •Willing and able to work overtime (early morning, late evening, and weekends) as needed.
