Job Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager with Kings, your career begins with a comprehensive training program that gets you acquainted with our restaurant structure, policies and procedures. We recognize the importance of providing ongoing development for our management team. You will attend periodic educational seminars or webinars which will provide information and experience in a variety of subjects including Human Resource Management, Purchasing and Cost Control, Time Management, Customer Service, Managing Employee Performance and more.

Kings managers achieve operational success by:

*Achieving objectives in sales, profitability, guest service, food quality and sanitation
*Maintaining operations by following policies and standard operating procedures
*Adhering to production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
*Determining and implementing system improvements
*Achieving results by utilizing technology, planning, communicating, delegating and following-up
*Enhancing employee performance and satisfaction through training, development, in a fair and professional environment.
*Ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times and "Over-delivering whenever possible!


Job Requirements & Qualifications

As a Restaurant Manager, you must have working knowledge of food service and beverage operations. You must demonstrate a leadership style that creates a positive working environment with the ability to remain professional during high-stress situations. Ideal candidates are strong role models who are able to set a positive example leading a team to success in sales and customer service. You must be a professional, high-energy leader who knows how to maximize profits through building guest counts, cost control and through exceeding standards of customer service.


Other requirements and qualifications of the Management role include:

*Previous Restaurant Management / Leadership experience (full-service preferred but not required) or the minimum of an Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management.
*Valid Driver's License
*Ability to successfully pass drug test and background screening
*Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekdays, weekends and some holidays)
*Professional appearance and demeanor
*Excellent human relations skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Good working knowledge of restaurant budgeting and financials
