A company in Monroe, OH is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This position offers flexible hours and a starting pay of $12-$15/hr based on experience. This is a contract-to-hire position that offers opportunity for growth.
This position is open due to an increase in their business. The person in this role will be responsible for:
- Providing customer service over the phone to customers.
- Order Entry
- Checking on the status of orders
- Assisting customers with exchanges
- Upselling customers when applicable
