Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating the daily menus and recipes, and managing multiple job tasks
* Directly supervising and training kitchen personnel on all related culinary activities in conjunction with Director of Food and Beverage Department
* Overseeing daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality food products
* Maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety standards
* Assisting with setup, service and cleanup of food production

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* 3 years of commercial kitchen cooking experience
* Servsafe certified
* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse group of people
* Flexibility with schedule - must be available evenings and weekends
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
