Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising food production
* Scratch cooking and meal preparation
* Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
* Maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety standards
* Ensuring compliance with state, local, and regulatory agencies as they relate to Food Service

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Two (2) years scratch cooking experience
* Flexibility with schedule
