Key Responsibilities include:
* Performing general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas
* Cleans residents' apartments on a weekly basis or as needed
* Cleans floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping and disinfecting.
* Cleans carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting
* Utilizing cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines
* Informing supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns
* Attending and participates in in-service educational classes, on the job training programs, etc., as scheduled or directed

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* One year of previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or hotel setting
* Ability to effectively manage time and workload, sometimes independently
* Must be willing to get CPR/First Aid certification (will assist upon hire)
* Must be detail oriented and enjoy working with the senior population
