Key responsibilities include:


* Assisting the Community Relations Director with direct sales and marketing duties as they relate to community occupancy
* Internal and external sales
* Coordinating marketing events
* Monitoring and executing admission policies and procedures for resident move-ins

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma; Associate's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
* At least two years sales experience with proven track record
* Computer proficiency
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
* Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
* Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks.
