Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee management and day to day operations of the community
* Hire and supervise employees ensuring adequate staffing
* Implement approached and services to maintain and enhance resident independence and satisfaction
* Participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* 4 years Executive Director experience in an assisted or independent living community
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred
* Must be licensed NHA in the state of Colorado
* Ability to read and interpret financial statements, as well as manage a budget
* Work history that supports ability to hire, direct, and manage associated with the aging population
* Industry experience preferred, great team builder
