Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring that the community is safe, attractive, and operating within budget
* Responding to resident/director/staff requests for maintenance
* Interacting with residents and guests daily and taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
* Maintaining positive communications with local fire marshal, building inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required
* Willing to be trained
* Flexibility with schedule and able to work weekends and holidays
* Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
* Must meet all health requirements, including TB, pass background check, and drug screening
