Key Responsibilities include:
* Performing general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas
* Cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, etc
* Cleaning carpets, floors and completing various janitorial duties in addition to housekeeping
* Preparing apartments for move-in as assigned
* Participating in annual cleaning schedules
* Utilizing cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines
* Informing supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* Two years of housekeeping and janitorial experience
* Experience with HVAC and other floor cleaning equipment
* Ability to effectively manage time and workload, sometimes independently
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
