Key Responsibilities include:
* Under supervision, cleans, polishes, and sanitizes gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc. to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests
* Cleans residents’ apartments on a weekly basis or as needed * Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
* Ensuring that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
* Submitting work orders to the maintenance team as needed
* Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
* Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Experience with senior population a plus
* One year of related experience
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
* Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks
* Flexibility with schedule and available to work weekends and weekdays
