About this job
Salata is the Next Generation Salad Bar and we are looking for a Shift Leader for our location in Flower Mound, TX for the PM shift. Shift is 4pm to 10pm, 5-6 days a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Cash handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.)
- Coordinate employee duties throughout shift
- Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired employees
- Follow and ensure employees adhere to meal and break periods
- "Role-model" for outstanding customer service and overall standards
- Ensure cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Closing of store (cleaning, counting drawer, managing employee closing duties)
- Handle front of house and back of house duties
