Job Description
Join our leading team in building cleaning and maintenance. We provide service to many buildings in the midtown and downtown areas in New York City. Must be willing to perform any needed types of cleaning which consist of and are not restricted to, maintain building and grounds complex: elevators, stairways, corridors, windows, floors, vacant offices, etc. Performs related duties as assigned.
Other Job Duties
Be required to perform the daily building maintenance. This consist of cleaning building floors and walls, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Also in charge of cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, toilets and sinks. Must gather, organize for recycling and empty trash, steam-clean or shampoo carpets, and replace light bulbs
Qualifications
Must be hard working, able to work independently or with a group.
Since we provide the utmost service to our clients, there are way we want things done. A successful applicant will be willing to learn and follow our procedures.
Must have be able to pass a Felony background check
Compensation
15$ p/h
