Position Purpose / Summary:
The purpose of this position will be to meet Corporate Supply Chain needs, from sourcing strategy to contract development,
negotiations, awards, and management. Administratively manage service type contracts.

Responsibilities:
Creating/updating presentations and coordinating resources across corporate functions
Coordinates and maintains VP and sourcing managers schedules and communications
Support Sourcing Analyst and Manager in implementing and tracking management metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Support in developing supplier relationship management strategies for their categories
Ensure that sourcing initiatives are category wide and include all appropriate business areas
Monitor contract compliance and expirations and report on compliance metrics related to LTA's
Resolves discrepancies preventing vendor payment. Researches variance between PO quoted price and quantity vs actual invoice price and quantity; resolves issues that could result in delayed vendor payment
Communicates with Accounts Payable and Management in investigation and resolution of vendor payment discrepancies. Gather and format required data from system, communicate research results and information request conclusions to internal or external source; elevate problem resolution to Management Team as necessary
As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training of end users on contract processes
Coordinate Oracle item master and reports
Maintains spend, historical contract information, and team goals
Analyze supplier financial performance
Review invoice compliance to contract terms, prepare and code invoices for approvals
Other projects and duties as assigned

Education/Experience Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-tasking and organizing
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Project Manager, PowerPoint)
Oracle preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Skills:
Professional work ethic and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong written and oral skills required
Fluency in other languages is an asset (Chinese or Spanish)
Ability to work in team environment to accomplish business objectives and/or for problem resolution
