Position Overview
The Janitor position is responsible for general overall housekeeping. The Janitor cleans and maintains all areas of the dealership facility.
Who Would I Interact With?
This position interacts daily with all Sales, Managers, Sales Associates, Service Managers, Service Associates, just to name a few.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Ensure the properties are clean, orderly and free of debris
- Clean bathrooms, monitor chemicals, soap and paper products and report to management when time to reorder
- Inspect parking lot areas and service floors to keep free of trash and debris
- Inspect walls and doors of dealership facility and repair, clean or paint when appropriate
What are the requirements for this job?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Six months experience
- Exposure to solvents, chemicals and similar toxic cleaning materials
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and machines
- Ability to operate an automobile
