providing expertise or general claims support to teams in reviewing,
researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting
claims.

The Claims Clerk is responsible for
providing expertise or general claims support to teams in reviewing,
researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting
claims.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support of all Front End Processes, which includes Mailroom, Records, and Onbase
- Primary role will be the entry and
processing of electronic and paper claims, but may include opening mail
and assisting with indexing, etc.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional office or data entry experience
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Working Hours 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
- Ability to work occasional overtime
Preferred experience:
- Medical claims experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word or Excel
Soft Skills:
- Candidate must be flexible and willing to move from task to task
- Candidate must have organization skills, the ability to multi task and work as a team player
- Extended periods of sitting at a computer and use of hands/ fingers across keyboard or mouse
- Office environment
