Manufacturing - Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

2nd shift 3pm - 11:30pm Pay: 14.50/hr Manpower is currently recruiting for a client in Medina, NY. We are looking for a Service Department Evaluator to performs electrical/ mechanical assembly, using simple hand tools, fixtures and aids. Works from established and released documented work instructions. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned. Adheres to all environmental, health and safety requirements. Conducts evaluation of Medical device and classifies repairs, damage and disposition of unit for repair. Documents findings and works with GMT, Quality and Engineering in performance of duties while maintaining quality workmanship standards to ensure product reliability. Performs tasks involving the use of a variety of hand tools, fixtures and aids. Under directions of Engineering department, may perform analysis of unit to comply with protocols. May be required to set up and operate production equipment . May be required to identify electronic components. Follows all applicable released procedures (i.e. QSR's, RG, TGS, MI's) and documents results on applicable forms. Documents work activity as required by quality control for traceability. Understand and apply the standards for control of ESD. Knowledge and ability to perform tasks on a variety of assembly stations including test equipment. Qualifications: Beginning software application skills required Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily. High School diploma or equivalent required.
