Are you looking for a full time or part time opportunity that will last through the holiday season? We may have the job for you! We are currently looking for individuals who are looking for seasonal job opportunities in a customer service / inside sales role. In this position you will be held accountable for the following job responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound customer service calls with soft up selling at the end of the call
- Customers will call in about a problem with their DVD not working and you will be your job to help them resolve the issue
- At the end of the call you will ask one question about an upsell opportunity
