About this job

* Prepare and maintain reports that are necessary to the Human Resources department.
* Prepare periodic reports for management as necessary or requested.
* Maintain the HRB and ADP databases and generate scheduled or requested reports to assist management as needed.
* Periodically audit databases to ensure accuracy.
* Keep employee records up-to-date
* Maintain employee personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.
* Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of participants in benefit plans.
* Answer questions regarding benefits Post company communications to keep employees informed of policies and current events.
* Post job openings internally in keeping with the company recruitment policy.
* Sort and review resumes and applications, maintain a filing system of qualified applications for six months.
* Schedule interviews for the hiring manager and/or Human Resources Manager
* Perform reference checks from previous employer(s).
* Schedule pre-employment physical and drug screening.
* Schedule and conduct new employee orientation.
* Create ID badges.
* Prepare required paperwork for new hires and establish personnel files.
* Maintain I-9 files.
* Report new hires to PA New Hire website.
* Report new hires to WorkNet. Update monthly additions/corrections/deletions.
* Ensure that 90 day introductory and annual reviews are scheduled
* Maintain inactive personnel and I-9 files.
* Provide back-up for the preparation of payroll on an as needed basis.
* Assume other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Perform other related duties, as required or assigned by the Human Resources Manager
