Looking for a entry level manager who speaks fluent Spanish and English. Seeking an individual who has customer service experience and can thrive in a fast paced enviornment. There is room to grow with this company. This person will be handling the scheduling, customer service, and data entry for the company. Will be acting as a manager and be held responsible for taking own actions.
You Will be:
-maintaining and coordination compliant sub-contractors, to deliver excellent customer service within the flooring industry.
- Disperse work in a manner to ensure that installation commitments are met and customer service is a priority. Work is distributed based on the location and specialty of the installation crew
- Work with installers to be sure that payroll issues are taken care of in a timely fashion.
Fill out 100-200 tickets each day for work the next day.
