- Operating a pallet jack
- using a scan gun, picking orders that consist of boxes of procter and gamble products
- lifting up to 25 lbs consistantly for 12 hours
- communicating with a headset
- counting in their head backwards, the orders they have picked
- high attention to detail
- working for 12 hours+ per day
- working in a safe manner
- Candidates will be operating a pallet jack, while picking cases (boxes). Case weight depends on the order for the day but generally around 10 lbs. Contrators wear a headset, that will tell them what to pick, where it's at and how many. It's very fast paced, and candidates are measured against strict standards in the warehouse.
