Warehouse Worker Job Description

The warehouse worker will be responsible for pick/pack and process orders for shipment. Manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

 

Warehouse worker will stack boxes and merchandise onto pallets

Stand-up forklift operator load and unload products

Warehouse worker will pick and pack orders

Meet process standards

Processes returns and troubleshoot problems to resolution

 

Job Requirements

• Frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, climb and reach
• Warehouse worker lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing and able to stand up forklift
• Must be able stand/walk for 10 – 12 hours
• Noise level varies and can be loud
• Must be able to walk 10-15 miles per day
• Temperature may vary between 60 degrees and occasionally exceed 90 degrees
• Very fast pace environment

 

Ideal Warehouse Worker Candidates

• Relevant experience preferred
• Possess proof of HS Diploma of GED
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

 

Pay Rate: $11.75 per hour

Shift/Hours: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, overtime is mandatory
