We are seeking a dynamic individual with energy and experience with Field Marketing (prefer Food Industry Exp.) to join our team as the Field Marketing Coordinator for the Phoenix market area.
The primary role of this position is to increase sales, profits and guest count by planning and coordinating marketing efforts for the corporate and franchise restaurants throughout the Phoenix area. Including:
1.Assist each restaurant in identifying marketing opportunities within their individual restaurant and their individual one mile radius.
2.Develop individual marketing plans for each restaurant. Assist in the execution of the marketing plans.
3.Assist in the planning, directing or executing any major Port of Subs sanctioned event. Seek out marketing opportunities to build sales and relationships by partnering with neighborhood schools, businesses, organizations, churches, etc. in the community.
4.Reach out to local community organizations and leaders. Create positive community relations with civic leaders, local businesses, school and various organizations, etc.
5.Attend community networking opportunities and events. Be the face of Port of Subs in the community.
6.Provide local store marketing assistance to franchisees as requested and also assist them with local store marketing at peak catering times, i.e. holidays, Black Friday, etc.
7.Work with the co-op in identifying and coordinating volunteer activities and fundraising opportunities with non-profits and schools. Attend co-op meetings. Share ideas and success stories. Analyze and evaluate problems that exist and suggest solutions.
8.Identify local marketing and networking opportunities that would provide additional contacts and catering sales.
9.Work with the Graphic Design Department on producing marketing materials for individual restaurants as well as market wide materials. Ensure approval of all marketing materials and additional advertisements from Franchise Marketing Consultant.
10.Track results of all marketing initiatives.
This is a Full Time salaried position with benefits. Some evening and weekend work required to participate at events. Some travel required. Please apply online at
