About this job
OptumRx is looking for a researcher who able to drive
competitive intelligence in a large matrix organization and influence change
based on findings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Building rigor into overall competitive
intelligence program. - Initiate and lead change to a discipline
approach to gathering intelligence. - Anticipates, understands the totality of the
business initiatives and see clearly what competitive data is needed and
deliver it. - Actively engaged in competitive earnings
releases. - Managing competitive profiles.
- Publishing ‘Breaking News' to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with other areas of the
organization (Sales, Client Management, Proposals etc) to gather competitive
insights. - Custom Consumer and Client Research Studies.
- Manage multiple annual studies.
- Point person for overall market research.
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
- Competitive Intelligence and Survey Management Focus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience presenting materials to clients internal or external.
- 5+ years of experience resolving complex customer issues.
- 5+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- 5+ years of experience analyzing data to drive business decisions.
- 5+ years experience working in with underwriting and finance teams.
- Master's Degree.
