Primary Responsibilities:
· Data entry, tracking, and updating of producer credentials.
· Maintaining commission records and making commission adjustments as necessary.
· Ensuring processing adheres to company laws and state guidelines.
· Corresponding with producers on various issues.
· Working with Sales and Marketing on producer requests.
· Meeting quality and production standards of the position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a professional Customer Service environment.
- 2+ years experience in an Office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job duties.
- 1+ year of experience with Data Entry.
Qualifications:
- Healthcare or Insurance Industry experience
- Working knowledge of VUE Software application.
