Use your Sharp Business Skills to assist in end-to-end business process activities by creating, reviewing, controlling and improving processes. You will lead and manage customer readiness activities and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. Responsibilities include quality reporting, analysis, audits, developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using a variety of applicable tools.

UnitedHealth Group Print Services requires a senior level business analyst to assist with critical analytics necessary to monitor production and expense activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support operational management with detailed reporting vital to running the day to day operation and long range planning


• Cost Benefit Analysis


• Forecast Modeling


• Cost Management


• Operating Cost Analysis


• Inventory Management


• Capacity Planning / Scheduling


•  Monthly Chargebacks


• Breakthrough Cost Management


• Technical Writing


• Vendor Relationships


• USPS Liaison


•  Invoice Reconciliation


• Daily Production Monitoring

Required Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of Business Analysis experience


• Intermediate MS Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups)


• Intermediate PowerPoint experience (create presentations)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication written and verbal - (vendor relationships management and development)


• Strong analytical skills - (trending and forecasting)


• Business degree in business or finance
