We are looking for a customer service representative for a local company. This person will interact with customers, in person and by phone, to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. This person must also be able to empathize and resolve complaints. In addition, the customer service representative will also take orders and then enter the data into a spreadsheet, or a word processing document.
Ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
