Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with daily activities of living, including grooming, bathing, dressing and toileting as needed
* Transferring residents to and from activities and meals* Providing direct care to residents following individual service plans
* Treating each resident with respect and dignity
* Recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence
* Fostering a home-like atmosphere throughout the community

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* One year of caregiving experience working with Alzheimer's/dementia residents or in a long-term care setting
* Compassionate and caring
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
