Key responsibilities include:
* Conducts market research studies that support effective decision-making related to proposed acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and real estate and product development activities.
* Able to conduct independent study of market situations, identifying important variables and making recommendations of actions that will drive positive business results with insights regarding major market management strategies.
* Conducts detailed analysis of sales and marketing activities and results vs. defined metrics, with capability to synthesize complex information into meaningful recommendations that drive business results.
* Utilize various financial, lead pipeline management and business intelligence systems to maximize data integrity vs. intended data pathways.
* Analyzes markets, competitors and Brookdale communities in an effort to maximize operational efficiency.
* Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports for internal audiences while assisting with the evaluation of business results.
* Consults with, coordinates with and provides guidance to Community, Divisional and Home Office
* Associates in all matters related to assigned projects. Motivates needed actions from others that do not report to this position. Wield significant decision-making influence through meaningful data insights.

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing or relevant field of study is required.
* Advanced degree such as an MBA is strongly preferred.
* A minimum of ten years with exposure to the senior living industry and or healthcare industries with market research and analytical experience for a large company.
