Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and directing the Food Services Department programs and activities
* Developing and maintaining written food services policies/procedures, job descriptions, and performance evaluations for all department personnel
* Reviewing and assisting in developing a plan of correction for food services
* Performing administrative duties as needed

We seek the following qualifications:
* One year of experience in a supervisory capacity within a hospital, nursing care facility or other medical facility
* Current ServSafe Certification
* Current Certified Dietary Supervisor registration
* Must be a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association
* Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy is required
* Must be knowledgeable of food services practices and procedures
* Must pass the criminal background check
