Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
* Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors
* Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
* Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* One (1) year of office experience
* Strong organizational skills and abilities to multi-task and work independently
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
* Outlook and MS Office experience
* Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
* Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks
* Flexibility with schedule and able to work every other weekend and some holidays
