Key responsibilities include:
* Responsible for the entire hospice agency structure and support including compliance, clinical excellence, customer service, operations, office functions, marketing, associate development, and business growth to create a uniquely delivered Brookdale Hospice experience for our residents/patients.

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in a health care related field preferred.
* 5 years of health care management experience including experience in overseeing hospice operations.
* Understanding of hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group.
* Possess the ability to gain knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.
* Demonstrate an ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
* Ability to deal tactfully with the community.
