Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with planning, coordinating, and implementing sales and marketing plans
* Educating prospective families and referral sources about how services and programs can meet their needs
* Providing the sales staff with marketing support services
* Assisting with preparing data for weekly and monthly reports, as well as meeting sales goals
* Coordinating the move-in process for new residents and their families

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Three years of marketing/sales or administrative experience, preferably in the health care industry
* Computer proficiency and intermediate software skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Excellent listening, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
* Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work weekends
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
