Sales /Jewelry - Full-time / Part-time

Well established locally owned pawn shop is looking for a new team member. We have been here at this location for 23 years and continue to grow. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service. Pay for this position is higher than average retail pay and not commission based. There are no night shifts and no Sundays. The new team member will be primarily responsible for assisting with customer inquiries about pawn loans, jewelry and electronics as well as processing customer payments and phone inquiries. Though this is not a high pressure sales position, the primary focus will be quality customer service and helping to maintain a family friendly atmosphere for our customers and maintain a professional and productive work environment. Has knowledge of basic computer skills

Is actively and consistently involved in the visual maintenance of the store

Possesses strong service skills, including anticipating the needs of customers and implementing the appropriate action or solution

High School Diploma or Equivalent
