We have a full-time opening for a Collections.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
Wage: 11 - 12
Requirements
NOW HIRING a collector in Hudson, Ohio.
We Offer:
- Fulltime Hours: 40 hours per week (Hours of operation: Monday and Friday 8am – 5pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am – 5pm; Must work 1 Saturday per month, 9am – 1pm)
- Break: 40 minute lunch, 2- 10minute breaks
- Pay: $10 – 12 plus commission ($800-$1200/month in commission)

- Paid Weekly
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to Ohio residents who have unpaid taxes, student loans, or medical loans (government loans)
- Read script mandated by the state of Ohio and collect only within state allowed guidelines
- Send follow up emails; calculate “lump sum" payoff options including any payment arrangements
- Document all calls and progress in database
Requirements:
2-3 years collections or outbound call/sales experience
