Inbound Customer Service

Rapidly expanding Jessup Company seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives. Training in this beautiful, new, spacious and airy building with a full service onsite cafeteria with inside and outside dining. Starting pay rate for these long-term temporary to hire opportunities is $10.50/hr. Upon completion of training, the pay rate increases to $12.00 /hr. - $13.20/ hr., for shifts starting after 12:00. Hours of training are 8:00 - 5:00. As a Customer Service Representative you will be assisting health care subscribers with their yearly enrollment and answering other health insurance related questions. This opportunity requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. You will be taking inbound calls and occasionally researching information and returning a call. NO SALES! There will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work during peak season. Paid Training is 6 weeks. Upon completion of training you will be assigned an (8) hour shift starting as early as 8:00 am or one ending as late as 11:00 pm. Alternative shift may be chosen after seniority is established. The ideal candidate will have prior Customer Service experience by phone or in person. Background check, drug screen, professional references and educational verification required.
