6:00a -- 2:30p

9:30a -- 6:00p

12:30a -- 9:00p

North Columbus area Help Desk is looking for a tier 1 customer support representatives to answer phones, voice and electronic mail, and online chat systems to respond to and communicate with users ranging from Technical Directors to first-time computer users.
requirements:HS Diploma, 2 years customer service/ Help Desk environment preferred, available to work flexible hours, Expertise in Microsoft Office, NComputing/Thin Client Configuration.
Intermediate Knowledge of multiple computer operating systems:
Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.1 Pro, Server 2003, Server 2008Mac OS X 10.4 and aboveMac iOS 6 and aboveAndroid 4.0 and aboveLinux (Fedora Core 6+ and Ubuntu 9+)
responsibilities include :
identify, document, researches and resolves customers issue using CRM (Customer relationship management) software, making decision to escalate issues, and prioritizing inquiries with a sense of urgency, prevent potentially negative client interaction, working with minimal direction in a team environment, other duties as assigned
