Sales Manager

Location:Pascagoula, MS

G.N.S. and Associates, Inc. dba Aaron’s  is seeking a professional, dynamic and goal driven Sales Manager to join our team in Pascagoula and Ocean Springs, MS.

This individual will manage, develop and lead the sales team to cultivate sales with new and existing customers. Aaron's, Inc. is a national leader in the sales and lease ownership and specialty retailing of residential and office furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances and accessories. Industry experience is not important! Leadership and the ability to create a systematic approach to drive business and increase sales is!

We are seeking high-energy, positive leaders with a documented track record of success in growing people, sales, revenues and profit in a retail environment. We work hard and have fun, and we desire to be the best so we are seeking only the best.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the growth and retention of customers
  • Continuously develop, train and manage employees
  • Responsible for setting and attaining sales goals
  • Scheduling service calls for customers and facilitating warranty claims
  • Explore and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store
  • Take a visible role in representing Aaron’s in the local community

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a HIGH ENERGY, COMPETITIVE LEADER.
  • Must have a proven track record as a sales closer.
  • 2 years of Retail, Restaurant or related management experience is preferred.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and have a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical
  • Must be 21 years of age
