Assistant Manager - Full-time

As a member of the management team, you will play the most important part in growing our business by building and managing our front line teams, and ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

The Restaurant Managers have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation, customer relations, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer, and other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable Transportation
• At least 2 years previous restaurant management experience
• Be willing to submit to a background check
