Implementation Specialist - Full-time

Job Duties:

• Customize and on-board customer requirements for outsourcing deposit and/or remittance processing
• Trains customers on correct operating procedures
• Provides product and service information to customer
• Works with the support team to resolve product and service issues
• Customizes software applications by entering customer specific data
• Test systems before delivery
• Conducts user training sessions

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
• One to three years of related work experience is required
• Experience working with Windows based Operating Systems is preferred
• One year of work experience in banking and/or remittance processing is preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills
