Marketing Administrator
Job Description:
The Marketing Administrator will work directly withthe Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute clearly-defined marketingprograms that drive consistent business growth and enhance brand equity.
Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing vendor on all aspects of Social Media and Website management: blogging, website updates, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, LinkedIn, Google Plus, postings, etc. Eventually bringing all items in-house.
- Promote consistency in Corporate branding and Identity :
Logo usage
Corporate colors
Corporate fonts - Redesign company intranet for corporate consistency
- Production of Marketing materials
- Assist with Public Relations coordination
- Assist with promotional tactic coordination and implementation
Skill Set:
- Social Media expertise in business environment
- Technical proficiency in website maintenance
- Drives for results in prioritized manner (balanced sense of urgency)
- Listening skills, (listen first, thoroughly understand and then respond)
- Complex problem-solving (explores all options, then converges)
- Organized and attention-to-detail approach (strong tactical execution)
- Highly resourceful (stretches self, people and money; compresses time)
- Collaborative (works with peers across many functions within the company)
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing Preferred)
- 2-4 years of business experience in a corporate environment
- Expertise in management of corporate Social Media
- Excellent command of Microsoft office: Excel and PowerPoint, Word
- Superior organization time management and detail management skills
- Excellent Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Must have flexibility in working on multiple projects
- Desire to learn and willingness to go above and beyond
