Job Description · Working in an outbound call center delivering customer service satisfaction surveys and typing responses into a database Job Requirements • Flexible to working overtime and on Saturdays • Ability to type 35 wpm with no errors • Ability to actively listen and type responses verbatim • Professional demeanor and clear dictation skills • Minimum 2 years outbound call center experience • Must have reliable transportation Ideal Candidates • Experience preferred • Committed to safety at all times • Excellent attendance Pay Rate: Varies Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays.
