About this job

Qualifications:

1. Must have 2 years Home Care Office experience.
2. Compliance with all company bonding criteria.
3. Eighteen years of age or older, with U.S. citizenship and/or equivalent employment eligibility authorization.
4. Exceptional organizational skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, co-workers, care staff and all supervisors.
6. Demonstrate an ability to self-manage, time manage and be an effective leader. 

Routine Duties: 

1. Ultimate goal of position is controlled and sustained company growth while maintaining and assuring high standards of service. This includes responding to customer requests in an efficient and professional manner. It also includes responding to client request for information and providing follow-up to requests in a timely manner. Operations Manager will perform assessments of new clients and help with staffing of new clients schedules.
2. Operations Manager will oversee all HR related items including but not limited to Recruiting, hiring, EDD and Workers Comp claims.
3. Performing weekly inventory assessments of office supplies, including all paperwork. Manager will take ownership of this responsibility to assure that all office supplies are available when needed.
4. Organize incoming documentation and filing in the appropriate places. Manager will keep flow sheets filed and up to date in client files.
5. Maintain and organize caregiver and client files- including the thinning of client and care staff files as needed.
6. Data entry relevant to intakes, clients and human resources into databases.
7. The Operations Manager will assist with special project coordination, such as expansion of existing programs and setting up training with the RN. Registration to participate in community health fairs as approved by Director of Operations.
