IT Security Consultant - US Telecommute - Full-time / Part-time

Will be working with the Application development team on databases for large scale product.

Positions in this function develop and implement information security policies, standards and procedures to secure and protect data residing on systems. Work directly with user departments to implement procedures and systems for the protection, conservation and accountability of proprietary, personal or privileged electronic data.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ Years of experience with IT Security
• Experience with large scale Databases
• Experience with Database Design
• Experience with Database security techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

• IBM Optim Tool Suite experience
• Guardium experience
• Oracle experience
• DB2 experience
• SQL Server experience
• Working knowledge of system security software, installation and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Server/VM configurations
