- Receives and reviews new user requests for automation
- Gathers and refines user stories to submit new enhancements to developers
- Acts as Liaison between business owners and development teams to ensure requirements are met
- Works with business units to establish documented processes
- Designs processes that meet business needs
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years supporting Cloud Products and Services
- Understanding of requirements and development of automation processes
- Advanced Organizational Skills
- Intermediate Project Management Skills
- Advanced Analytical Skills
- Advanced Facilitation Skills
Preferred Skills

- AA degree of higher
