Warehouse Supervisor needed with Aerospace experience

Warehouse Supervisor/Aerospace experience is required for our client in Corona. Needs to have supervisory, operational, and warehouse experience. Seeking someone with strong leadership and supervisory experience. This is a Direct hire position paying up to $25hr doe.

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing all areas of the warehouse operations. Should be a 'hands on' type person, that doesn't mind doing the work of the people he is supervising. Direct warehouse and stockroom staff in the day to day operations including cycle counting, receiving, shipping, restocking of technical equipment and products.Must be detail oriented with constant attention to detail to process inventory accurately. Will maintain a close relationship with Operations Management, and all other Materials and Operations to provide feedback for immediate customer problem resolution. May be called upon for offsite assistance and training.




Essential job duties:







Manages day to day warehouse operations







Supervises and directs stockroom shift leaders and staff



Insures the completion of stockroom shift leaders and staff



Maintains inventory accuracy as defined by management; problem resolution and any recommendation to implement changes.



Responsible for shipments to other regions and customer



Responsible for receiving of inventory and non-inventory material for operations against open purchase orders.











Education and Experience:







Must have a minimum of 4 years as a Warehouse Supervisor in aerospace



High School diploma required; 2-4 year degree in an appropriate discipline would be preferred. Prior demonstrated working knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping and receiving preferred. Must be detail oriented and work in both and individual contributor and team environment. Must have above average working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office suite. Must be willing to work additional hours if required and travel may be required.
